Kristina has proudly called the City of Kawartha Lakes home for nearly 40 years, where she resides with her husband and their three active sons.
From an early stage in her career, Kristina developed a strong interest in the legal field. She graduated at the top of her class from Seneca College’s Police Foundations program before ultimately discovering her passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of the family justice system.
Driven by that passion, Kristina returned to school to complete Fleming College’s dual-diploma Law Clerk and Paralegal program, specializing in Family Law and Civil Litigation. Over the course of her career, she has developed extensive experience supporting clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions with professionalism, compassion, and a practical, resolution-focused approach.
With more than 15 years of experience in family law, Kristina serves as the Director of Operations at The Riley Divorce & Family Law Firm, where she oversees the firm’s daily operations, client experience, and strategic initiatives while continuing to support both clients and the legal team. She is committed to ensuring that every client receives responsive service, clear communication, and compassionate guidance throughout their legal journey.
