Step 5 – Replace Him With Healthy Habits

Excerpts From The Book by Paul Riley:

“GROUNDS FOR LOVE”

A Divorce Lawyer’s Guide To Rebuilding Confidence and Finding a Great Relationship

This is a great time to take stock of your health and wellness habits. Start focusing on eating healthy foods. Maybe tweak your diet a bit if necessary. It’s a good time to make those types of changes. Many women use this type of event to propel themselves forward into a healthier lifestyle.

Start with your diet, eat healthier and more natural foods. A nutritional and healthier diet will have immediate effects on how you feel and think. Tag team that with working out regularly. It doesn’t have to be thirty minutes in the gym five or six days a week. It can be just ten minutes per day. Just get moving. In fact, commit to just working out ten minutes per day, five days a week and you will be amazed on how good that makes you feel. Exercising releases endorphins. Endorphins make you feel good.
