Only use positive affirmations, like; “I’ll get through this!”, “I can do this!” “I don’t need him!”, “I feel great!”. Studies have shown that fully 95% of the way we feel about ourselves is determined by how we speak to ourselves throughout the day. Studies also show that if you do not speak in a positive way to yourself, people in general, are more inclined to think negatively to themselves and those negative thoughts end up shaping how we feel.
You have to continue to feed your mind positive thoughts right now. Talk to yourself. Be your own ‘hype man’ and let those thoughts grow and take over your mind and subsequently your emotions.
