Drawing on her extensive training as a Certified Kids Life Coach, Trauma-Informed Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, and graduate of Dr. Shefali’s Conscious Parenting Method Certification, Michelina combines personal development with meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness practices—creating a unique and transformative experience for those she serves.

Michelina’s greatest joy comes from witnessing her clients transform pain into power, and step fully into their most authentic selves. Her calm and compassionate presence allows others to feel truly seen and heard, while her soothing guidance helps them articulate emotions and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

With a deep commitment to connection and community, Michelina supports parents in working through their own emotional challenges and building stronger, more meaningful relationships with their children. She believes that healing begins within, and by reconnecting with ourselves, we open the door to breaking generational cycles.

Michelina is also the co-author of Well-Being for Children and The Everyday Girl’s Guide to Living in Truth, Self-Love, and Acceptance. She regularly hosts workshops, webinars, and speaking events for schools, teen girls, women’s organizations, and parent communities.
