Focus on things that make you happy, things that you are good at. Nothing regains confidence like success. Work on things where you can quickly get some wins to build that positive momentum. Set some attainable goals and get them accomplished. Further, it doesn’t even have to be accomplishment oriented, simply think about what you like doing in your spare time. Is it going for walks? Is it reading fiction novels? Is it going bird watching?
